All Day Absences Form<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In order to make absence reporting easier, parents may now report their child’s absence by completing this online form. If we have any concerns or questions, we may contact you by phone or email for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early Dismissal Form<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

(Please submit by 8:00 a.m. the day of the Early Dismissal OR must give 2 hr. notice<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This information will be sent directly to the Attendance Office staff and your child will be issued a pass to leave school at the requested time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phone call requests will not be accepted for early dismissals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
