Acceptance Notification <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Families and middle schools will begin receiving High School Admissions Matches to be determined by the NYC Department of Education. The Office of Student Enrollment will notify families by email that they can log into their child’s MySchools account to view their child’s high school admissions offer.  Check your MySchools account or contact your guidance counselor for assistance. You may also visit the NYC Department of Education website<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you were matched to BHSEC Bronx, but did not receive an email regarding Accepted Students Events by April 29, 2026, please contact: qrobinson@bhsec.bard.edu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matched Student Events<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Students who receive a match to BHSEC Bronx will receive an invitation to sit in a couple of classes March 9 through March 12. Students who are matched and do not receive an email about the classroom visits should contact qrobinson@bhsec.bard.edu after Friday, March 6, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students should register for the language placement exam, of the language that they would like to take in the fall, either Arabic or Spanish. New Family Orientation —<\/strong>TBD<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The orientation is intended to give new families and new students an opportunity to familiarize themselves with school culture, our facilities and our neighborhood. While parents and guardians engage in discussions about school policies and complete essential paperwork, students will take part in activities designed to foster connections with their peers. Students should come in comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes. Weather permitting, students will be escorted to Crotona Park. The Summer Scholars Program is a summer enrichment program for incoming 9th graders. During this three-week long program, students will take engaging and fun academic courses, participate in community bonding activities each day and attend Peer Mentor-led advisory sessions. Athletics<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Bard High School Early College Bronx has a shared athletic program with nearby schools. Fall<\/strong>: Boys Varsity Soccer and Girls Varsity Volleyball. Winter<\/strong>: Boys Varsity Basketball Spring<\/strong>: Boys Varsity Baseball, Girls Varsity Softball, Girls Varsity Badminton<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the Public Schools Athletic League team sports we also offer club sports such as, Girls Basketball, Co-ed track and cross country, weightlifting and esports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
