Open Houses/Information Sessions

Prospective students and their parents may visit BHSEC Manhattan during an Open House to find out more about the school. At the open house you will hear from the administration, faculty, and current students, then you will be allowed to tour the campus. You need to register online to attend an open house (register below).Please be aware that attending an open house is not required for admission at Bard High School Early College (BHSEC). There are no wait lists. There are no private tours. 

(Tips: When you register, you must select the date and indicate how many people are in your party. If you attend a public or charter school, please know the DBN and name of school. DBN=District, Borough, Number. Registrants will have 6 minutes to complete registration.)

Fall In Person Open Houses CANCELED 

This event is for current 8th graders who will be in the 9th grade in September 2021. Registration will begin TBD. Please review the dates prior to registration. Dates may change.

Information Sessions

At the information session prospective students and their parents will hear learn more about BHSEC from the principal, faculty, and current students. You need to register online to attend an open house (register below). Special Education Information Sessions are also taking place for families of students with IEPs. To register, please go to Student with IEP section. Please be aware that attending an information session,  is not required for admission at Bard High School Early College (BHSEC).  Registration will begin Wednesday, November 4. Please review the dates prior to registration. Dates may change. Mondays: November 9, 30 and December 7, 14.

Q & A Session with current BHSEC students

 Although this event is targeted to current 8th graders, parents are welcome to attend. This event will be lead by current BHSEC students who are in 10th, Year 1, or Year 2.   Please be aware that attending this event is not required for admission at Bard High School Early College (BHSEC). Event registration will begin Wednesday, November 4. Please review the dates prior to registration. Dates may change. Tuesdays: November 10,17 , December 1, 15 and Monday: December 21.
