Anxiety and Stress Management Workshop – June 7, 2022 at 6:00pm

During finals season your child may be experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety.  At this workshop with the Mental Health Association, learn how to recognize the signs of anxiety and ways to support your child.  You will also learn new strategies to help your child improve their stress management skills.

This event will be held in-person at our school. Due to limited space, we ask that only accepted students and their parents/guardians attend. We are excited to meet all newly accepted families and will be celebrating with a gift giveaway. We would love to have 100% attendance at this event and expect to see you all there. NJ Hope and Healing will provide a supportive workshop for parents on self care techniques and finding resilience during this long term COVID stressor. Join us in a conversation about common reactions to the pandemic, recognizing cues of stress, and learning how to refuel and cope.

Mental Health Workshop Series for Parents & Caregivers

In collaboration with the Mental Health Association, our school is providing virtual workshops to help parents cope with the stress of parenting teenagers in our modern world. Virtual Workshops will be held once a month on Tuesdays at 6:00pm, beginning April 12th.
