Aspen is used to house the students schedule maintain grades, record and monitor attendance, maintain parent, student, and emergency contact information.
If you need access to the Aspen Student or Parent Portal please email Dean Gloor with your name, scholar’s name, and scholar’s date of birth.
To update any contact information please email Ms. Tonya Hawkins with new and current information.
Canvas is the course management system used by DCPS. Canvas will house important class specific information for each of your scholars classes.
