The President and Trustees of Bard College, The Faculties of Bard High School Early College (BHSEC) Manhattan, Queens, and Newark and the Members of the Class of 2024 together welcome family, friends, and staff to our 2024 Associate in Arts (AA) Commencement Ceremony.

This is an honorable occasion celebrating our young people’s accomplishments with great pride.

On June 24th, the graduates will celebrate their commencement at Hunter College, Assembly Hall.

Audience seating:

Wheelchair and accessible seating, as well as seating for the elderly are accommodated first. It can begin as early as 9:45 am.

All other audience seating is from 10 am – 10:25 am.

The show begins at 10:30 am sharp. Late comers will be seated at the Management’s discretion if seating is still available.

Audience Entrance: 695 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10065. (69th Street Entrance)

Families: For in-person attendance, you must have your physical ticket in hand. Please do not bring any Balloons or signs that can obstruct audience views. Also, no strollers or shopping carts or other items that can block aisles. Photography is limited until the end of the ceremony. We have a professional photographer who will take each graduate’s photo and it will be made available to families.

We would like families to arrive with their entire parties together because we cannot hold seats. If a family member arrives separately, they will likely end up being seated apart from the rest of their family.
