Bard Early College Publishes BHSEC Baltimore Impact Report
BALTIMORE, MARYLAND — Bard Early College recently published an impact report
evaluating the postsecondary outcomes of students graduating from Bard High School Early
College Baltimore (BHSEC Baltimore) and how those outcomes compare to students citywide.
This evaluation uses data sets collected and compiled by the Baltimore Education Research
Consortium on college access and completion for Baltimore City Schools graduates, compared to
equivalent data sets of BHSEC Baltimore graduates. The report demonstrates the value-add of
BHSEC Baltimore in the larger educational landscape of Baltimore.
