As the Data and Evaluation Associate, Marion is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting program metrics for the Bard Early Colleges. Marion works closely with school staff and leaders across the campuses to ensure that a full range of data is available for policy communication, strategic evaluation, and institutional advancement. She is no stranger to the early college model as she worked for five years at the BHSEC Queens campus. Prior to joining Bard, Marion served as an Americorps member at a charter school on the Lower East Side. Marion holds an MA in Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Classics and English from Skidmore College.
