As both a BHSEC Manhattan ’03 and Bard ’05 alumna, Olga has been supporting Bard Early College’s mission to increase access, inclusivity, and success in higher education for over 20 years. Through her work in admissions, outreach, and advocacy at BHSEC – first in Manhattan and, for more than a decade since, in Queens, she has been supporting students who have been historically underrepresented in higher education. Olga holds a B.A. in Psychology and Studies in Race and Ethnicity from Bard College, an M.S. in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Alfred University, and a Certificate in Developing Leaders Program for NonProfit Professionals from Columbia Business School.
